It seems that the property had been recently remodeled so it looked better than expected. Prior to arriving, the property contacted us to ask us when we’d be checking in and we gave them a two hour window. When we arrived, check in was locked but we texted them and they arrived within ten minutes. Service needs were communicated via text message after check in. This location is on Main and is a 7 min walk downhill to the Embarcadero so that was very convenient and a nice jaunt. It’s also close to the freeways. The AC wasn’t great. But the main issue we had was with the upstairs guests. On night two, they were stomping and running all over the floor like Frankenstein’s monster at 3am for 10 minutes. Fortunately, it stopped. But the next evening it happened again and it was terrifying- and I live in the concrete jungle so I don’t say this lightly. A woman was screaming and there was a fight in addition to all the stomping and scurrying about. The sounds of alcohol abuse. We texted the office and sent videos but we received a bounce back message with a local number to call after hours. We called and they said they’d call the room. Nothing more from upstairs after that but it’s a terrible way to be woken up when you’re on vacation and paying money for something you’d call the police for back home. While it was affordable, the next time I visit the area, I’ll shell out some extra money to avoid the riffraff and perhaps have an employee on the premises.

The property is somewhat dated, but clean. No breakfast, narrow parking spaces and bathtub did not workWe stayed in the middle of the week, and for those days it was quiet and felt very safe. Short distance to the Morro Bay Embarcadero made it convenient to restaurants and the bay.

Very nice property that is located near the Pacific coastline. The value for both the service quality and room quality are wonderful. It is an easy five minute walk to the beach marina, as well as the seaside restaurants. Morro Rock is also conveniently located only a few minutes drive away. I would highly recommend staying at this property for anyone interested!

we enjoyed our stay at this property, we really enjoyed the fact it was dog friendly and we had a patio and a place to wash off dogs. The customer service was not the best we requested things multiple times ahead of our trip and they continuously lost that message and my family tried to book an ADA room and didn’t receive one despite requesting it early. they did a lot of communication through text message, which was fantastic, but sometimes felt a bit redundant. really the best part of this property is it’s location very close to small local shops very walkable to those into the beach in Mora rock and that really makes a big difference. It was also affordable. very happy we had some air conditioning, but our bathtub didn’t have a plug and there were other small maintenance things needed. That would’ve been nice if they were repaired. But the room felt clean and we had fun exploring the town.
