It's really a great place, and the rates are terrific for what they offer. My bed was okay, but not the best. I think the most important thing about any hotel besides being cleaned is to have a good bed and good pillows

Charming preservation of historical property, beautiful garden, good food, great location for attending theater at Marion Theater. If you are not into historical hotel rooms choose the Tower rooms for modern amenities, otherwise, take an extension cord with multiple outlets for your devices. Bars close at 10pm, maybe not so great but be prepared.
