I was impressed with whatever inside the room: comfy and pleasantly clean bed and pillows. Bed is large enough for 2 persons. It is next to a pizza restaurant and Starbucks. Very close to 101 freeway. Bathroom was very clean.

We alway have a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. Whether it be in New York or California. We are members, beds are always comfortable and room is always clean. Coffee was great (with creamer), breakfast is usually good as well. But we had to leave early this time before breakfast. We will stay again thank you!!!

Nice staff, but absolutely miserable night! Barely slept over 4 hours and woke constantly due to a VERY loud AC (fan and compressor) cutting on and off throughout the night. Every 10 minutes would go from EXTREMELY SILENT to EXTREMELY LOUD. So disruptive and frustrating. Lots of positives, but huge negative - horrible sleep (especially for the high price)! Bring great ear plugs or find other accommodations!

Smokers were smoking in the Morning Front Side Area n next to side entrance of the building at 915 to 9:30 am on July 16,2025 . They should have a designated area way back of the building Not where guests needs to walk by.
