Amazing Stay.. Highly Recommended

convenient location close to freeway and shops like dollar tree. Away from downtown Atascadero for the quietness but still close enough (1 exit) to enjoy the convenience of shops and restaurants. Room is clean and sizable with large sofa for extra relaxing space.

I was assigned a room with a walk-in shower which I liked a lot. At my age (78) this is important. The staff at checkout said they had 7 rooms with this layout.

So this is my second stay at Home2 Suites, overall it is a great set up, the fact that it is pet friendly is a bonus. My only concern is that it is not being cleaned very well. Room and elevators/halls had quite a bit of accumulated dirt. I would suggest in pet friendly rooms maybe do the couches and chairs in vegan leather instead of cloth as ours was covered in hair. Flooring would be easier to clean for staff if you lost the carpet and only used engineered flooring. Only mentioning it because it was definitely not well cleaned, otherwise it would have been 5 star.

We love you!

Home2 Suites are usually exceptional for the price range, and this stay did not disappoint. Their pet fee is for the entire stay, rather than per night, so it gets more reasonable the longer you're there. Great conversation areas, excellent breakfast, gracious staff top to bottom. Hubby was drooling over the fitness center! It was an oasis among the areas we've stayed lately.

I love the everything. My only suggestion is there should be accessible drinking water not just inside the gymn. Bfast was great especially the waffle. Staff are very nice and accommodating.
