Don’t overlook this hotel

Great place to stay. Not far from Morro Bay. Clean and comfortable with easy access just off the 101 freeway and charming downtown San Luis Obispo. Great value!

Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The bathroom fan was very loud. It is in walking distance to multiple restaurants. I would return if I was in the area.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. They woke me up at midnight, pounding on my door because there was a leak in the room below me and wanted to see if my bathroom was flooded. It wasn't. Walls are super thin and you can hear every tiny noise in the adjacent rooms. I was woken up by 2 guys talking outside my room at 5:45am.

I would say this hotel is average, it wasn't the worse but it wasn't the best. You can tell the restroom was just quickly touched up and still dirty as in stains/dust on the toilet. The TV looked as though it had sun damage and could not be seen or heard clearly. One of the bed sheets had a giant stain on it. I can say I appreciate that the place did not have any vermin but it was very outdated and looked better in the photos.
