We were assigned a room that was designed for occupants that are mobility challenged and require assistance for normal in room activity. Neither my Wife nor I are affected with any of these conditions. This room should be reserved for the intended clients thus we were left feeling quite uncomfortable in this room. The Balcony door did not have a screen so leaving the door open to enjoy the Beach Air was not possible without allowing insects into the room. Overall, the facilities were very clean, and the staff was exceptional. We will most likely stay at a different location on our next trip.

Love the location, you can’t find a better location. Very noisy with cars looking for parking at the pier. Garbage collection and street sweepers start daily at 6-6:30AM. Only received 1 wash rag, 1 towel, no hand towels. I have long hair and wear makeup. I requested more. Still only got 1. Tissue holder was empty. Requested more, he left a box on the counter for me to install in the holder. Same with toilet paper. Door handle to bathroom door broke, called maintenance. He said it broke on him too, he left and next came back or explained what would be done. Still broken when we checked out. We still had a great time. Very convenient. Bell staff was top-notch!!! Prompt, friendly, always greeting you, fast too. Front desk was nice too. I would stay again, but it wouldn’t hurt if the upped service to the rooms a little more. A little pricey for the value received. But everything is expensive.

We had some minor inconveniences with our room that we reported at check out: main door not locking, closet doors not closing, filthy baseboards, truly all minor but several of those types of things. Spent the time to report it to front desk upon check out so they could be corrected for the next guest with no expectation they would do anything for us. Hadn't even considered it actually. Without prompting, the guy says he is going to have the manager call me because he wants to ensure we get some sort of credit because that is "too many things for one stay." The manager never called, and we never got any sort of credit. That was never the reason I reported it, but then the promise of it and then not doing it is what felt disappointing. We got so stoked because, oh my gosh, what great service, but then nothing happened. Otherwise, this property is conveniently located, the restaurant is good, and the valets are fast and courteous.

Jesse was great at front desk. Valet was helpful and quick. Room was dirty. Looked like it was a rushed clean. Polly super helpful running around talking and taking care of us. Hostess was very nice. An Experience

When we arrived the internet in the hotel was down. Check-in was backed up due to it. The phone lines didn’t work our cell phones didn’t work. A used soap was left in the shower. We had a family of four and only two towels. When I went to ask for more they had none available. My kids went swimming and there were no pool towels available. The shower faucet was not marked hot and cold. I don’t know if the water was so sensitive but when I was showering my daughter the water kept going burning hot. I ended up rinsing her off with water from the sink. The next day was a complete 180 thank goodness. Everything ran much smoother and towels and internet were available again. The shower wasn’t going hot and cold. After the first day hiccups, the rest of our stay was great! The hotel is very beautiful and in such a convenient location. We had a great ocean and pier view.
