We got to our room and there was no shower curtain the lights didn’t work and the tv didn’t work my husband went down to the office to get a room change and there was nowhere there he tried 3 different time after a little over an hour the man was back in the office and gave us another room and the room was filthy never touched from a housekeeper so we had to go back to the office to get a third room and finally it was ecceptable but the other tv didn’t work in there either

Room had ants, hand towels and bathmat had stains, bed spread had crusty material on top. AC and internet worked. Asked front desk if there was an ant trap or something, he said no but he would upgrade me to another room instead. New room had stained towels and hair on the bathroom floor. AC unit did not function same way as in other room, I wasnt sure whether it was broken or user error. First room had instructions, this one did not. Knobs had been pulled off the actual unit so it looked possibly broken. I opened the window because I did not want to deal with figuring out the AC because I was so tired from my drive and had a big work event in the morning. But there was a huge slash through the screen and I didnt want bugs to get in. So called the front desk. The phone had no dial tone, but the cord was there so I plugged it back into wall). Front desk man quickly ran through the instructions. I tried it and it did not work. I asked if there were written instructions so I could try it a few times. He interrupted to say they anything like that. I tried to speak again multiple times and he interrupted me to go on about how he would not be able to move me again because they were sold out. I said I didn't want to move, I'm pretty good with tech so even if you have an old booklet on the unit I could try figure it out myself. He said, "I appreciate that you think youre pretty good at tech but youre not going to be able to fix our AC tonight." Internet did not work whatsoever.

It was filthy room had gum stuck in the carpet, black and red stains everywhere, hair all over the bathroom, flies and knats were noticed in the room upon walking through the door the first time, door card reader died after opening the door initially. no amenities, pool and spa wasnt clean had a fair mount of bugs leaves and visible dirt. Spa was cold and out of order. Its asham because it seems like it could be a nice place. It has potential to be a decent hotel, and I can only speak on the one room we stayed in as well as the other flaws we experienced.

07/12/25 Where to begin, first employee to check us in was friendly but didn’t tell us our room was in a different building across the street, so we were looking for our room in the building that check in was. When we couldn’t find it and asked he said oh sorry it’s in building across the street. The. We get to our room and the tv doesn’t work, we go back to front desk only to be greeted by a different worker, he was kind and said let me look into it, I guess there was a note that the tv wasn’t working since 07/05/25. My question is why would the first worker give us this room if there was a note stating the tv didn’t work. Anyways this other employee apologized and sai he would move us and make sure the tv worked in this new room before giving it to us. He came back and gave us a new room upgraded for free, of course we were grateful at least he is trying to fix the problem. So we move our luggage to this other room and tv is working but I then go to try and turn on the AC and it’s not turning on, absolutely no power to the wall unit, this place is a joke. Cherry on top was that while we were asking down stairs about the tv another couple were complaining there balcony door was jammed closed. Stay clear of this place.

I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was disappointing. First, I was unaware that the hotel is divided into two separate sections: the main building, which houses the office and pool, and an additional three-story structure across the street with more rooms. Upon my arrival, both buildings appeared vacant, raising questions about why I wasn’t accommodated in a room in the main building, especially since there were no other guests present. In fact, I was assigned a room on the third floor of the second building with no other cars in sight. When I approached the spa, the front desk attendant informed me that the heater shuts off at 9 PM, despite a sign indicating it should remain on until 10 PM. As a result, I was unable to enjoy the pool area around 9:15 PM. To top it off, my comforter had stains, and the small shower lacked a door right where the water sprays. Overall, I found this experience unsatisfactory and will not be returning to this hotel. I should be receiving at least a partial refund.
