Very dirty

The rooms were very, very dirty. If you walked on the floor barefoot you could feel Dirt on your feet. Water pressure was very poor in the shower. There wasn’t any soap or shampoo or conditioner available in the shower. The center nightstand between the beds was not clean you could see The marks from previous tenants where they put their drink on there. I started looking a little deeper and noticed dust everywhere and the alarm clock on the bedding, the baseboards, especially behind the beds. I even found mouse droppings. The photos they post up on their website are not accurate.

When we booked online, the pictures was totally different when we checked in. We remove the sheets to see if they’re clean, but there were a lot hair, stains, and the pillows were not clean and dirty with black spots. The property was very smaller than was described overall I will give zero for condition and two for the area. I would not recommend anyone to reserve this property.

Staff service is very good and they listen to your needs. However, property is very old and not well maintained. Especially the toilet commode, the water level is too high in the toilet and can cause discomfort

Honest Review: I was grateful they let me check in hours early. I probably paid the price because the room I was in, had a broken bed and dirty carpet floors. The pillows had black stains on them and so did my bed sheets. I paid for two nights Thursday and Friday. Friday morning, the cleaning person walked in on me when I was asleep and also the property manager walked in on me a few hours later. No Knocking or warning at all. I ended up moving rooms due to the bed getting worse each time I laid down. I was offered to move rooms, but I did not want the hassle of moving rooms so at first, I said no then I decided to move. When I got to my next room it felt way cleaner until I went to the refrigerator, there was a drink from Dutch Bros which looked like it has been in there for days.

The first things we noticed walking into the room were the strong smell of bleach and the stained carpets. We had to open the windows and prop open the door to get some clean air inside. We finally closed everything up once the temperature began dropping, only to find that the heater did not work! It got into the 40's that night. Needless to say, we did not get a lot of sleep due to the cold temps inside the room. The room was very outdated and felt dirty. A new carpet would go a long way!

Fine by myself, but not with my family

The room was bare-bones, but functional. Broken-and-then-glued fixtures, missing electrical plate. The place was clean and the cleaning service was kind and prompt. I would stay here again if it was just me, but not with my family.

Don’t stay here, very disappointed!

Where to start, the room is extremely run down and old. I booked 2 rooms, 1 for me and 1 for my daughter and her family. We both had major issues. Floors were dirty, big hole on the side of the couch that I wouldn’t dare touch or allow anyone to sit on, 1 of the curtains were hanging off the window, the door to the patio is glass and your can see straight out of it meaning if someone was standing outside they would be able to see in. The 2nd bedroom didn’t have air conditioning nor heat, oh and no tv. My daughter’s room freezer didn’t work, and had a smell to it. There room wasn’t that clean either. Floors were dirty. You can tell they do the bare minimum while cleaning. I have a list of things I didn’t like but I’ll attach the pictures so show proof. In the living room/kitchen area only 1 light worked and the room stayed very dim

From Check-in to Check-out, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was cleaner than the room I stayed at in a luxury hotel in Vegas. I travel here for work weekly and Im definitely going to keep booking this hotel. Lots of parking and its quiet.

It’s okay

The hotel was clean. My biggest complaint is that the walls were paper thin. You can hear everything so it was really hard to sleep. I wanted to check in at 2:45, but no one was there and no one answered the phone. It’s a good value if you are low maintenance and a heavy sleeper.
