Top notch service

We were treated like royalty with personalized service. We were given a different room when they realized we had a baby with us. I had text contact every day to ask how our stay was and if we needed anything. It was our 3rd stay there and we will be back for sure.

Fantastic Hotel In Paso Robles

Wow! This hotel was amazing! Gorgeous lobby, friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms, great bar, AND a wonderful free breakfast! Not sure I could have asked for anything more out of a hotel! HIGHLY recommend!

Everything was great just 1 elevator. I had a nice room on the 5th floor but breakfast worked well and so did everything else. Gym had a sauna and steam room Hottub was great Clean place Nice shower I had a king bed…. Looking forward to another visit to one of their locations while traveling for work. Pour house walking distance

A bizarre experience. Our room had a wet carpet, so we requested a room change. New room had a wet carpet. Front desk kept calling and insisting that the original room was #219 when it was actually #313 (which I clearly recall because it's my area code). Apparently someone had left items in #219. Only one elevator so long waits there. Long waits at front desk as well.

The check in was quick, the suite was clean, the bathroom was clean. The bonus was a welcome drink and appetizer as well as some wine tasting. It was also within walking distance of downtown and restaurants.

Excellent hotel and even better value. Room was clean and in good condition. Bathroom was renovated, spacious and well fitted. Breakfast buffet was above expectations for three star hotel. Close to downtown. Only complaint is the single elevator which was always busy. We were on the second floor and soon discovered the stairwell.
