No cleaning provided on day 2. Toilet paper holder fell off wall. VERY WEAK water pressure. Mild warm water. Not a bar of soap in the room.

Room was nice and clean, had a mini fridge, microwave and a hair dryer. The mattress was nice and soft, not a giant brick like some hotels, with VERY soft pillows, I needed to use 2 so my head didn’t sink down to the mattress. And we were VERY close to Panera, In-N-Out and a Walmart. The stores were within walking distance. And our favorite restaurant when we’re in town is AJ Spurs and it’s only a 2 minute drive away. Our favorite beach to go to was only a 9 minute drive away- we were very pleased with our stay.

Great place stop a hill with good view of ocean. Spotlessly clean, with excellent maid service. Everything seemed very new and clean. The blackout curtains were awesome, made room very dark. Nice pool/hot tub area, small but pleasant. Staff extremely nice. Shopping mall, restaurants, coffeeshops and bus transit center all within half a mile - and county nature trailheads directly behind the hotel! Water pressure in the shower was low the first night, but fine thereafter. No shortage of hot water. Not perfect soundproofing but better than most hotels. I plan to revisit.

We always come here when we visit pismo and i love this area , love how we can just text for any questions ; when we did ask for requests we did unfortunately have to go get it at the front desk , the beds are super soft so it can be a little uncomfortable but honestly didn’t mind . they’re dog friendly and do provide a grass area with bags for them which we love , it’s a beautiful area and the drives aren’t that far everything is 5 min away . no thin walls over here ! love this hotel we book every time we come :)

Dirty bathroom!

Friendly staff…location good,,,dirty bathroom (pictures provided) toilet not clean and the towel to step out of shower looked used, had to change blankets on bed because it looked like a blood stain on comforter…don’t think I’d stay here again.

Over all the stay was ok the rooms are a bit pricey but it was labor day weekend so that was expected but other then that it was great
