We had stayed in this hotel before and it was great. Two years later we were expecting the same and were very disappointed. Even though they were under construction the room we stayed in was in awful disrepair. Electrical outlets didnt work, the coffe maker couldn't be plugged in, the shower had very low pressure, the carpet was very stained. The construction noice and dust were not an issue is it is understandable, it was all the in-room issues that bothered us.

Staff was very friendly, but two rooms had black mold in them. One room looked as if the ceiling in the corner was going to come down. There was a leak, which caused the black mold. Second room had black mold in the bathroom along the ceiling; thus, the 4star on cleanliness. I had to pay to upgrade to a renovated room in order. Staff was very friendly, though, and discounted the charge.

Hotel was in desperate need of repairs. Curtains were torn, bathtub was the size of one in an RV, carpets filthy and hotel is under major renovation with workers starting at 7 am hammering, drilling and heavy construction adjacent our room. We were unaware and front desk offered no apology or reimbursement of any type. This hotel should be shut down for such major construction or at least not booking rooms right next door and across from rooms being reconstructed. OSHA should come and take a look. We were here for a funeral and this experience didn’t make it any better. Never staying at a Radisson ever again.

Ok the staff were great, they were really trying their beast, However the building is undergoing renovation and there're are issues with the building.AC did not work in my room, thermostat missing, wires hanging out of the wall. Maintenance tried but didn't have the parts. They brought me a fan, no other room to move me to. Shower was a trickle, And they have a bee problem. I'm sure thinngs will improve once the remodel is complete, until then you may want to wait

Not worth the $

There was construction going on so they got rid of all their cots we had to have children sleep on the floor! Carpets were filthy, tub was dirty when. We got there and the overall ambiance of the hotel was dark and dingy. Even the upgraded portion wasn’t anything fancy. Not worth $200 a night. The desk people were extremely unaccomidating when they didn’t have cots she didn’t offer a solution I had to call back and ask for blankets and pillows for the floor. Staff was rude. Pool and jacuzzi was the only highlight but construction was happening right next to it. At least give a discount during that time!
