It is a beautiful property. It has great views of the pacific ocean. It is located within walking distance of Pismo downtown. Very convenient! I highly recommend this hotel.

What a great place to rest and enjoy the view. There was a very calm ambiance, and the staff was very nice. It became one of my favorite spots in central California to stay!

The property is very well maintained for the seaside. The weather can really wear materials quickly so you can tell they try to maintain all areas. There are probably a view of the ocean from nearly every room, except the very corners near the elevators/parking lot. There are some intermittent venting that make quite a bit of noise somewhere, but with the sliding glass closed it's minimal. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and beds are comfortable.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, but there needs to be better supervision of housekeeping. We requested it daily, but we did not get clean glasses or towels, and they did not take the dirty ones. Everything else was great; beautiful location, access to the beach, good free breakfast. We will come back.
