Bring ear plugs.

Great location with a view of the rock. Furniture, beddings and decor was nice. The place would have been perfect if it was quiet. The walls were thin. You hear the seagulls walking about on the roof and squawking any time of day and night. I felt like I should have brought earplugs to get a good night rest.

Most rooms have a secondary door instead of a window - complete lack of privacy - no way to open door for ventilation while keeping shade drawn as shades are attached to the doors instead of mounted above - in addition to privacy issue, bright lights outside of rooms means the room is flooded with light if the vent door is opened (again because the shade is on the door, not the wall, so it won't block any light if open) - completely useless, non functioning air conditioner made sleeping extremely difficult - insufficient parking for number of guests/rooms - misleading photos - absolutely not recommended, have stayed elsewhere in Morro for cheaper and had a much better experience.

The rooms are nice and cute and bed was so comfortable! Lovely room with cure fireplace if needed. Outdoor area in front with tables to relax having coffee and firepit. Walkable to town and reataurants and shopping. Beautiful view of Morro Rock!
