Nice room, but disappointed overall
Although the location is ideal and the view, Morrow rock is beautiful, the road that we stayed in was supposed to have a fireplace. But the fireplace unit wasn’t working. The flames were not working. The bathroom still had cleaning residue left on the sink and in the shower. Also, the rooms were smaller than with the pictures made it seem.

We arrived on Sunday evening and received a friendly, helpful welcome from Colin. The room was spacious and well equipped with lovely complimentary items. The beds were heavenly and were all slept soundly and tbh I didn’t want to get up. The location is number one, being walking distance to Morro Harbour. I’m very happy we booked here and recommend to everyone.

It was great, the price was right, the staff was hospitable. My only 3 issues were that there was no hand soap in the room (but was immediately delivered when I called to ask), there are no phones in the room so I had to search up the hotel phone number, and lastly, I love that there were shades in the room that we could pull down, however, there was still light coming into the room all night. All of that being said, we would definitely stay here again, we loved the location and all other amenities. thanks so much for a great night!

Our room was very clean, large & the shower was lovely! We had a great view of Morro rock from our window. The downfall was our toilet wouldn’t flush as the handle fell off and my phone wouldn’t work to contact the emergency line since we are from Canada. In the morning the staff were really great when I informed them of this and it was my fault not there’s that my phone wouldn’t work.

The motel is super coastal cute. Floors are thin when you are on the bottom floor but not terrible. Very conveniently located. Felt safe. I came from the east coast of Canada and The Landing has the same small town charm.

Nice stay
The landing is a nice smaller hitel with a variety of sized rooms. We got a family suite on the ground floor separate from the hotel. The room was nice qith 2 queen beds and a pull out twin. The room was moderately clean with the usual corners being dirty and a few hairs and stains on the sheets. Overall a nice stay with nothing bad. The check in time was a little annoying because hotels.com who we booked through and the hitels own website said check in was 3 but when we arrived we were meet with a sign on the door that check in was at 4.
