We had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up and check us in, there were two other families waiting as well. Who goes to lunch between 4-5 pm on a Friday? Plus there is limited parking, our room did not have an “ocean view”, was just a mediocre hotel.

Wanted to love it.

The location was great, however we had ants in our bathroom. There were some things that needed maintenance, like the shower door handle and the shower head which were barely attached. The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at The Landing. The only downside I can mention is that the furniture and walls of the establishment show some signs of wear and tear. However, the manager informed me that they plan to update everything in the coming weeks. Our room was a bit messy, but we reported it to the manager, and she promptly gave us a new room. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating!

Lovely hotel room overlooking Morro Bay. The room was clean, well appointed and modern. The room looked like it had recently been renovated. The bathroom was lovely, the bed was super comfortable and I had enough towels and bedding to be very comfortable.

We recently stayed here and were quite happy with the location. Very walkable to everything and the view is spectacular. Staff friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a bit dated but we don’t spend much time in them.

We had a great stay. Only down side was we were on the 3rd floor and lugging suitcase up and down the stairs with an injured knee was painful. Even without the injury it was painful.

It was an OK Business trip

The ladies working there were amazing. Very friendly and did everything possibly Could to fix the situation. I had very very loud upstairs neighbors that we had to confront. Their emergency line was not working and I called it six times I had to handle that situation by myself I will stay there again, but it will not be a level. It will definitely be upstairs. The hardwood floors upstairs should be hardwood floors because you can hear everything. They should make carpet.

Great hotel

We had a great stay at this hotel.The lobby was decorated so cute for St Patrick's Day, and they had even had treats, plus gave us a goodie bag! The hotel clerk was so nice. Our room was really clean and you could tell it was recently remodeled, with a nice view of morro rock. It wa a short walk to downtown shops, also close to Dorns for dinner. Plus it was affordable. I highly recommend this hotel!
