Awesome customer service by receptionist.

Family trip, stay overnight only, I was concern about late arrival because front desk closes at 8pm we arrived after 10pm just to rest for the night but the receptionist gave us clear instructions as to how to retrieve the room key, we had no issues with checking in. The room was clean, beds were comfortable to sleep in. The only negative thing was there are no dark room curtains and day light filters thru making it difficult to sleep late.

I have stayed at this property before and enjoyed it so I returned. The hotel needs some work, the door to our room was very hard to open and close and the blind on the window was broken. The gal who was in the office in the morning was rude.

The location was perfect and everything was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the coverings for the windows don't block out the outdoor light so a sleep mask may be helpful for those who like it really dark.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. The inside looks Newley remodeled. Two queen size beds and nice bathroom. My family loved it and will definitely be back.
