Staff were lovely. They let us store our e-bikes in the conference room, which was excellent for taking away extra worries. The room was delightful, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay

Great hotel, excellent amenities. It was a shame staff didn’t speak to the parents of the young children staying there who were running around the breakfast area and gym unsupervised. Or the adults and children by the fire pit until all Hours who were incredibly loud and kept us awake. Such a hotel but these things really ruined our stay and we ended up driven away from the breakfast before we were finished. Couldn’t tolerate the racket or food thrown around

We’ve stayed here the last 3 years since we love the location which is near our event for the weekend. It’s also not that far to Public Market and Avila Beach. Tesla chargers are nice to have. Pool and sitting area are good to have as well as the morning breakfasts which were only simple breakfasts each day like oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwich and fruit and coffee. We did have to request maid service since they didn’t come daily. Overall its a nice place to stay for the weekend even tho the bathroom is a little small and the auto light kept turning off during a shower.

One of our favorite hotels to stay at while we visit SLO. Having a kitchen is great when traveling with young children, and the pool is great. Staff is attentive and accommodating. Look forward to staying there again.

I have this 1 star because it was clean, otherwise it should be NO stars. We showed up on Thursday and used the pool at around 4, I called down for more towels we were told housekeeping was gone for the day, if I wanted towels I had to come down and get them. I had booked two queens, they are very small fulls that are very very hard mattresses, even my husband who complains about nothing commented how hard the mattress was. The housekeeping never came, there is only 1 choice every other day or no housekeeping, I had choose every other day, but by day 3 we still had full trash and no exchange of linen and it was piling up. I had to go down each day and get new linen. On the afternoon of the third day I called down and asked to speak to the manager (around 3p) I was told the manager is not onsite today. I then requested a call and gave my cell. We had 2 more days, never got a call. The lobby is kept clean, but that’s it, they neglect or simply don’t care about the customers. I will never return and have told many that I visited how asked where we were staying the situation so hopefully I can save some poor soul from our mistake of choosing this hotel.
