Everything was so nice. They realized I was with my grandmother and needed the first floor and accommodated for that. They had a little welcome cake ready for us and went above and beyond to ask if you needed anything in the morning, everyone was so kind there and the pool was so amazing and humongous Even during off-season. It was so nice.

I had a work assignment for a week from 8AM to 7PM everyday so I really enjoyed the clean room, all 6 meals ordered from room service, the nice shower and large TV. The staff was friendly and spoke English for the most part so language was not an issue. Will be going back in the future.
