The service was ok. When we asked for bottle of water they said they run out of the courtesy water, we needed to buy water the service in the dining looks like they are unhappy
En general fue buena ... el personal un tanto desatento . me llamó mucho la atención el resguardo del equipaje, el día de salida 21/11 la srita en turno ( recepción) nos comentó que no resguardaban el equipaje ya que no se hacen responsables por la rotación del personal, servicio de sanitarios no los hay en el lobby hay que ir al restaurante que esta en el hotel.. sÍ se ocupó pero enseguida cerraron la puerta del restaurant con llave se me hace falta de atención para los clientes .Otra situación incomoda la noche del sábado un huesped del piso superior tocaba muy fuerte la puerta que hasta se cimbraban los muros , a la vez que decía abreme , abreme, esto duró más de 1 hora...caray ....que no tienen personal nocturno que este pendiente del inmueble y de este tipo de sucesos ??
