Clogged hairy shower tub

The shower tub was extremely dirty, with visible hair, dirt, and buildup, making it unusable. Despite hotel management sending a repair crew, the tub continued to clog, and we were unable to shower during our stay. When we reported the issue and requested a discount for the inconvenience, management said they would look into it. However, we were later informed that since the issue was considered “resolved,” no compensation would be offered, despite the fact that we were unable to use the shower throughout our stay. It cost nothing to give us a discount, and we would’ve returned due to their willingness to amend what is standard for any stay. Beware this place if you go— and if you do, I hope you have a working shower, free from filth.
