Estoy muy satisfecho con el servicio proveído por el Hotel Crisol! Su personal es muy amable y profesional. Contestaron cual quiere preguntas que tuve a cual quiere hora del día! Son muy detallistas y su personal mantuvo mi cuarto muy limpio durante mi tiempo ahí. No me di cuenta pero por la noche había un guardia de seguridad manteniendo seguridad en el Hotel. Es bueno como el hotel está como a 1 minuto de la oficina. Encontré un buen lugar donde quedarme cuando regrese a San Miguel de Allende! Gracias Hotel Crisol por su hospedaje tan bueno y professional!

La habitación aunque describe que la máster suite tiene vista a la ciudad no es verdad, era interior y tenía vista a un patio de un negocio, el personal no resuelve nada, no contestan las solicitudes, la habitación es limpia y bonita.

Tienen 2 edificios el segundo es un edificio que las habitaciones son sin vista y abajo hay un restaurante bar Moritas en PB

El hotel huele mucho a humedad, no tenían agua. Estaban abriendo un restaurante, los trabajadores llegan a las 8 am y a poner música, el ruido a todo lo que da Me quedé fin de semana y en casa crisol 2. Si pueden mejor quédense en casa crisol 1
