Best feature: Location, being close to everything in Palermo. The staff is very accommodating, quick to respond to inquires and offers guidance through the city. Building seems to be more towards the "industrial" side, could use more insulation. Rooms are spartan, but fill the basic needs. If you're used to city traffic, will not be an issue.

Amazing hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The breakfast was delicious, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also a highlight, with a fantastic shower. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend it to friends and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
