This hotel was so charming, cozy, and perfectly located. The staff were incredibly friendly and views of the volcanoes were amazing. As a bonus, there were two friendly cats who could always be found snoozing around the property.

Lamentablemente no era lo q esperaba, no pudimos usar la piscina hasta el siguiente día ,no estaba limpia y el químico aún en el agua, el lugar sucio, la verdad no fue de nuestro agrado,

Un hotel con vistas maravillosas del lago Suchitlan. La habitación y áreas comunes están muy limpias. Los dispensadores del baño están rotos y deberían cambiarlos: El desayuno es de buena calidad y con variedad de platos aunque algunos tienen un suplemento de precio. Lo mejor son los trabajadores que son simpáticos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. No hay muchas áreas comunes o para el descanso si no quieres estar en la habitación pero por lo demás, una experiencia excepcional.

We had an amazing stay. The resort is truly what you see in the photos. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Being right on southern coast of Guatemala on the North Pacific Ocean is so wonderful. I recommend this as a vacation destination spot for anyone!

I loved this place! It is beach front, the deck is huge and amazing with great views of the ocean, pool is nice with a great bar. The unit is very nicely decorated, clean, spacious and had (almost) everytying i needed.The only problem was that the washter and dryer were not working (we really needed it). Also there is a weird 3" step at the entrance and I kept tripping on it, and one person in our group actually fell hard because of it. That step should have a warning or paint or something to make it visible. Other than that we had a fabulous time here.
