The people of Aruba are so nice from getting off the plane to the shuttles and hotel was great. The food at hotel was one of the best we have had over the many al inclusive stays we have stayed at.

Nothing unique about the property or food. Staff not friendly and accommodating. Note my jetblue flight for cancel today amd atafd was t helpful discounts for stray nights etc Foe theamou t of mo ey I paid dor this stay at Divia Golf Resort, wasn't worth it and will not come back to this resort.

The resort is beautiful. The staff are very welcoming. Our butler Erwin was Amazing in checking on us and assisting us with things we wanted to and making reservations for us. The food was good! The pools and the views are breathtaking! I cannot wait to go back!

El personal fue lo mejor de nuestra estancia. Todos fueron muy amables, atentos y muchos hablan perfectamente español, lo que hizo la comunicación muy fácil. Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia no estuvo a la altura de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Al llegar a la primera habitación encontramos varios problemas de mantenimiento: la caja fuerte no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado casi no enfriaba, el toallero se cayó de la pared y el televisor no funcionaba. El personal respondió rápidamente y finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación al segundo día, pero estos problemas deberían detectarse antes de entregar una habitación a un huésped. Por el precio que se paga, uno espera que todo esté en perfectas condiciones desde el primer momento. La playa es bonita, pero no nos pareció tan espectacular como la muestran las fotos o como la describen muchas reseñas. Otro aspecto que nos decepcionó fue la falta de entretenimiento por las noches. Después de cenar prácticamente no había nada que hacer, aparte del casino. No es un lugar donde uno quiera pasar todas las noches, y esperábamos mucha más variedad de actividades en un resort todo incluido. Pudimos descansar y cambiar de ambiente, pero en general la experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de nuestras expectativas y, lamentablemente, no regresaríamos.
