Good views of volcanoes from upper floor rooms. Small but well designed pool area. Only a short walk to centre but still quiet.

INCLUSO LA HERMANA DEL DUEÑO Y ENCARGADA NOS DIJO QUE ESTA TENIENDO PROBLEMAS CON LOS SERVICIOS. habitaciones chicas e incómodas. no hay ni una repisa. ESTUVIMOS 4 NOCHES CON MI MARIDO Y LA ESTUFA NUNCA FUNCIONÓ!! TENGAMOS EN CUENTA QUE ES UN LUGAR DONDE DE NOCHE LA TEMPERATURA ES DE 0° A 3 °. LA ULTIMA NOCHE DORMIMOS CON CAMPERA PORQUE NO TIENEN FRAZADAS. LAS CAMAS SOLO TIENEN SABANA Y PLUMON. UN DÍA NO HABÍA AGUA CALIENTE Y TODOS NOS BAÑAMOS CON AGUA HELADA. EL HOTEL ES LINDO Y BUEN DESAYUNO PERO CUANDO HACE FRIO Y NO HAY CALEFACCIÓN, NO IMPORTA. LA ENCARGADA NUNCA RESOLVIÓ NADA. PEDÍ SECADOR PARA EL CABELLO ANTES DE IR Y SOLO TENÍAN 1 PARA 14 HABITACIONES! TUVE QUE DECIRLE QUE SI ELLA NO GOLPEABA LAS PUERTA DE LAS HABITACIONES, LO HARÍA YO PARA VER QUIEN TENÍA EL SECADOR.
