Family owned by very helpful caring owner... Right in the heart of town, near everything! You have pretty much everything needed for a good value of the price. (If they had access to a pool - it would've been that much better since the near by beach right outside was full of seaweed, so u can't really go in, but there's enough to do around without it too.)

This owner needs to teach other people how to service customers. He was EXCELLENT as soon as i booked he texted me introducing himself and how to gain access to the property. Check in was very simple. Location is PERFECT for walking around to explore. I would definitely stay here again. I have no complaints other than I shouldve stayed here the entire time I was in San Pedro.

This stay was a lifesaver. There was a tropical storm which canceled flights off the island completely. Making this last minute booking with a majority of the island completely closed down gave me a very nice and comfortable place to stay. The owner was beyond kind and accommodating. He even gave a ride to the airport in the morning which he didn’t have to do. I am so grateful for this place and highly recommend.

Great location: water taxi dropped us off a couple steps away from the hotel, and there is so much to explore by foot in the area! Chefy was a lovely host, and cleaning service was excellent. Perfect room to stay in for our trip! :)

The room was great, very clean and there was daily service. I stayed for 2 weeks and it worked well but I did end up missing some conveniences like a microwave or hot plate and a coffee maker. There is a fridge though and plenty of outdoor communal spaces. The property is well taken care of and the staff are wonderful. It’s very conveniently located, near the water, activities and lots of food options. I rented a golf cart and could find parking within a block of the location at most hours of the day. I felt safe staying there alone, there was security and the main entry was locked 24/7.

Very comfortable. Great location. Staff was helpful and friendly. The toilet location in the bathroom was a tight squeeze but clean and well stocked with toilet paper, towels, and complimentary shampoo and shower gel. The clothes line in the shower was an unexpected feature. We thought it was odd at first but found it quite convenient. A couple of luggage racks would have been helpful. We had to store our luggage on the floor, which was a small tripping hazard.

The location is great - right near the caribbean sprinter ferry - this is convenient if you are going to other islands. The staff was amazing. Friendly and attentive. The other hotel guests were not the best - rude, clipping their toe nails on the common area furniture, hanging their underwear on the patio furniture like a clothes line. There is a dog that barks consistently. It’s very very noisy.

Hotel treasure

We were greeted by the owner Chefy who was a joy to talk to and we were treated very nice. Very nice clean room on the second floor. Enjoyed our stay in San Pedro, the hotel is in a convenient location in the town and within walking distance to many stores, bars and restaurants. Will be staying at La Casa de Paz the next time we are in town.

This will be just another repeat of all the great reviews for this place. I have zero complaints. The location is great. The suggestions from Chefy were terrific and the room was just what we needed. AC worked wonders. Nice hit water and Netflix for the day we were stuck in due to rain. I would recommend this location to anywho and and cannot wait to return.
