The hotel is nice, clean, the areas are comfortable, and so are the rooms. I seriusly considered stealing the pillow it was sooooo comfortable. cons: The soap and shampoo in the shower (I always try them just to see if the brand is any good) were terrible. pretty sure the bottles were filled with something different than the brand in the bottle, because the body soap was just like cheap dishwashing liquid. it smelled like something you wash your hands with in an outlet mall's restroom. same for the shampoo, I had to use my shampoo twice after it to get it fully off. this is not a deal-breaker for me, as I always carry my own, more of an annoying thing. The other problem I had was the A/C, we were in 2 rooms, and the experience was the same, the A/C turned itself off in the middle of the night and would not come back on, no matter how low I set the thermostat.
