Upon checking in, everything seemed great. The room itself was amazing. The views, size, and balcony were perfect. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet expectations. The food options were disappointing, and the drink options were even worse. Customer service was terrible overall. Most of the staff did not seem friendly or helpful during our stay. Our room was only cleaned once, despite staying for four days. On top of that, the TV didn’t work and the AC did not function properly. All of the restaurants were booked up, which forced us to eat at the buffet every night. When we asked about pre-booking, we were told to wait until we arrived, yet everything was already unavailable. The classes were also listed prior to booking but we were unable to participate in any of the ones we wanted due to the schedule we were only able to retrieve at check in. The room itself was wonderful, but the lack of service, poor dining/drink options, and overall unfriendliness of the staff made the stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I truly love it. Its very quiet, great to have a relaxed vacation. If you are looking for some relaxation this is the place to stay. The pools are great, amazing views of the ocean and great dinning option. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will stay again 😊

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to express my great dissatisfaction with my stay at your hotel. I found the facilities dirty and poorly maintained, which leaves a very bad impression. In addition, the service provided by the staff was deficient, with no willingness or courtesy to assist. Unfortunately, my experience did not match what is advertised, and therefore I would not recommend this place. I hope you take these comments into account to improve your services.

Edgar, Wilky and Nehemiah at the main dining hall were absolutely amazing. The staff was very accommodating. Every request was met very pleasantly. Their salt water pools were amazing. Must visit this resort.

My partner and I had an extremely relaxed and calming trip. The shuttle to the beach everyday which leaves every 30 minutes was perfect. Food was great, poolside reading and naps. I would only say the djs in the early mornings could maybe play more chill tunes like Bob Marley and save the JAMS for after lunch. All in all it was an amazing stay and would recommend.
