I didn't appreciate having to pay $15 a day to leave the hotel.... (shuttles to main road....? ) didn't appreciate being asked every 2 minutes who I was .. (ROOM# )or where i was going.... (if they are so secure... why bother clients... ???) I'm all for security , but, not letting people on THE COMPOUND to pick you up..after providing car and driver info... they want EVERYONE'S ID. ...yeah. Not for me, staff was great ... awesome.. went out their way , rules need to be addressed.... not convenient

I really love the place for all options available for kids . Shows , pools , water park and entertainment. Price is affordable and some of the staff are good. Food is good I will stay away from products containing milk . All overall it’s good.

everything was great about this resort. My family and i are planning to return very soon. We enjoyed the room service specifically for breakfast time as we love to sleep in. No elevators was a bummer specially since i had a one year old and a 3 year old but after a day or two we got used to it. For the most part we were out on the pool or beach so we didnt use the stairs as much.

This was our second time in this hotel and again it didn't fail our expectations. From the check-in to the check-out, it was all a nice experience. All staff were pleasant and thoughtful. Still remember the smile, humbleness and helpfulness of Bienvenido in the main buffet. You can tell they have all been well trained. We were part of the ‘preferred club’ which gives you access to special areas with food, food and private beach area. We had a blast!

Hotel property is really pretty. 80% of staff is very nice, other 20% they either dislike being asked things or they just hate their job. You can tell they are understaffed (and overbooked) so this is why they might not have ideal staff on each role and they struggled to check in guests on time and to correct rooms. Room smelled like humidity all trip long and they couldn't solve it (they didn't even offer to change rooms) our “personal concierge” wasn't really even a “concierge” and he tried to sell us a “family promotion” almost every day so be aware of that. The two tours we did were phenomenal! (Snorkel trip to Isla Catalina) and 9-in-1 activities in a park. Best part of trip. Restaurants were good (not great) with the buffet being always best option. Spa was “ok” masseuses are not as good as Ive seen in other places. Wife got stung by bee and when we went to get cream in “first aid area” they wanted to charge us $200. Crazy Overall good for families given price but they need to improve staff, relay expectations about place from get go and get better at room readiness.

This place is amazing absolutely beautiful, clean, well located, they make sure you feel on vacation is our 3 years in this place and for sure we will be back. Bienvenido in the bufo has excellent costumer service.
