Water pressure very low and one of the AC in a room didn’t cool much. The rest was fine. Rosa was amazing at the villa.

Staff was great everyone was really helpful the only thing i could recommend is trying to keep the beach sales men to a minimal the resort was great but we really would have liked to have been able to relax at the shore more i would understand if it were like one or two a day but it is like every 2-3mins 2-3 beach sales guys trying to get you to buy stuff

I travel once per month to an all inclusive. This is hands down the worst one ever. They “upgraded” my room to a room with no view. Said garden but the trees were grown up to the balcony so you couldn’t see anything. Horrid. Tiny pools compared to others. No activity around the pools. Usually there is entertainment. Music. Something. Expensive if you elect to buy or do anything at the resort. $400 massage. $70 for sunscreen. 10 restaurants but only 2 open at a time and only at 6pm. Mini bar broken. 2 out of 10 overall.

We had an incredibly good experience! It was even better than we had hoped. It was one of the best family-friendly experiences we’ve ever had at a resort. The food was top-notch, and if you can, upgrading to the finest club membership is definitely worth it for the experience. It really elevates your stay. You won’t regret it. Yes, it’s a bit extra, but you deserve the best. The property was always clean, and the private beach felt very private. The fenders didn’t bother us at all. My one and a half-year-old son slept at the beach next to my wife almost every day. We loved our stay, and we might be back in the future with family.

Great resort overall, will come back

Not a 5 star hotel. Staff was helpful if tipped well. Room was not clean upon arrival but was cleaned well the next morning. The resort was clean and pool staff was great. Download the app for the hotel or you will have trouble with any of the amenities, including meals.

Make sure you have medicine before you travel to this resort. You’re only able to get medicine between the hours of 10am-10pm, even if it’s an emergency. It should be readily available, but it’s not. The only option to do is go to the resort doctor and they will quadruple the price just because they want to scam you out of money. I was dishappy with this service. Medicine such as Benadryl, Pepto-Bismol, cold medicine should be available 24 hours a day in the lobby area. I was in pain for 12 hours waiting for the store to open up. It definitely messed up my experience. I hope you take this to consideration before someone truly is affected.
