I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

Bad food overall

The welcoming was very warm and cordial. The in all areas, restaurants, room service, pool area, and just in general, was excellent!! We’ll return for sure. Love this place.

Excellent attention and courtesy from all the staff in general

We had a spectacular experience. The hotel is very modern, clean, and well maintained. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. There were a few minor delays in service at the lobby and beach bar on some occasions, but overall the experience was excellent. The best service we received was at the specialty restaurants, especially the Argentine, Spanish, and Japanese restaurants. The housekeeping team also did an outstanding job keeping our suite clean and well maintained throughout our stay. One area that could be improved is that our suite did not have a mattress protector. I believe this is an important detail for a hotel of this standard, and I hope it will be addressed. The beach had quite a bit of sargassum, but the staff worked hard every day to keep it as clean as possible, which we really appreciated. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to seeing these small improvements in the future.
