The room was spotless. All the staff members were very friendly. There is a restaurant on site with good food and reasonable prices. They have a big parking lot with free parking. The location is great, very close to major parkways.

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, breakfast was very good and reasonably priced compared with hotel brands I’ve been to before (similar to Hilton Garden Inn). Hotel was a Four Points but is experiencing a rebranding. My group also loved the hot tub and pool, and they said the burger from the Tavern was a hit! Very great place to stay if visiting San Rafael or just passing through on 101. I’d definitely book again in the future.

Check in staff not friendly. Heating/cooling unit was very loud when fan was running. Bath towel had long hair on it. Pillow case torn. Facility is renovating. Our room was below a unit being renovated. EARLY Saturday morning there was a crew banging away.

Disgusting rooms and hotel is so musty. Outdated everything EXCEPT their lobby. Makes you feel like you are at a nice hotel but it is so nasty. Parking is like a motel. Have construction cars everywhere. Roads filled with potholes.

I think there was bedbugs because the first night that we stayed in room 311 we got bites all over a red mark. It was really noisy because we got the room by the freeway. I did call ahead of time to make sure not to get a room by the freeway but overall this will be the last time we stay there and I’ve stayed there so many times and not had any problems.
