We are so pleased and happy with our time in Hotel Sucre. The staff is top of the line, everyone was very happy to help out and make us comfortable was their main goal. Location is supreme, restaurant food was amazing, rooms were very clean and comfortable, the balcony looking out to the main Plaza is amazing. Gabriel and his staff are amazing. Definitely this is the best option in the historical center. DO NOT SPEND DOUBLE THE MONEY IN HOTEL GARGOTENAS, IS NOT WORTH IT.

Spectacular! Best hotel i have stayed in Quito so far

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Newly renovated historic building with impressive collection of art & antiques throughout the lobby.

Hotel was like a jig saw puzzle with lots of stairways and areas. Still had construction going on. Rooms were very nice but no privacy unless you close your curtains. Room safes did not work in either of our rooms. You cannot flush toilet paper due to old pipes. Area did not feel very safe but we did not need to leave the hotel without a guide since the dining in the hotel was great. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

El hotel no tiene A/C pero viajé en Octubre y no lo necesité puesto que en las noches al regresar el cuarto tenía buena temperatura. Yo pagué habitación con vista y fue espectacular 👌. Limpio, staff super amable, buena ubicación y me gustó mucho el restaurante. Desayuno 20/10 variado y rico. Se que podrían poner más empeño en mejorar sus alrededores. Pero Ecuador es mágico y Quito hermoso y este hotel es excelente opción.

This is a very comfortable little hotel. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The rates are also good.
