Phone did not work in room to connect with front desk. Television did not connect to the Internet. Attempted to go to front desk but no one assists. Breakfast is not provided. It lists an option to purchase breakfast but no one was behind the counter.

Front desk at 4pm wasn’t very friendly, seemed annoyed. Morning front desk was great. Shower walls were dirty. Loud machine noise in bathroom all night. Comfortable bed, however the blanket was lightweight and I was cold during the night.

The hotel is very old and needs to be updated. Breakfast was old looking pastries, yogurt and dry oatmeal you had to use hot water for…toilet seat in the hotel was loose, ironing board was broken. I’ll be staying elsewhere next trip.

I stayed at Soonest Select, San Ramon for 3 days during Thanksgiving and booked 3 rooms, but the experience was extremely disappointing. There was no housekeeping provided at all during our stay, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. On the first day, the receptionist gave me the wrong key to one of the rooms, meaning I was able to access a room that wasn’t mine. This is a major security and privacy concern, and it made us feel very uncomfortable. They only corrected the key on the second day. With mistakes like this, it’s clear that the hotel doesn’t have proper controls in place to protect guests’ rooms and belongings. Every time we asked for help, the response was that they were short on staff, and overall the receptionist’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. There also seemed to be no proper security presence, and the hotel didn’t feel well-managed or safe. For the amount we paid and the expectations we had, this stay was nowhere near acceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, security, or good service.

My stay was decent. You can hear the freeway, so the room wasn't that insulated. No microwave in the room, which is a bit annoying. There is one in the lobby which was filthy, it needs a bit of cleaning. Parking is fine, hotel is located in San RAmon which is very reassuring when it comes to safety.
