Clean room, easy parking, friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast option was excellent! Check out that San Ramon City center! Such a nice town. We would stay here again definitely!

Property was fine but the hotel failed at job one - honor the reservation. I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom nearly 4 months ago. Arrived just after check-in time to be told -- we oversold one bedrooms -- sorry! (At this point most hotels would try to 'make it right' -- I booked a one bedroom as my wife is undergoing chemo treatments and has erratic sleep patterns.) Nope! No room change. No sorry. Not even a price adjustment to the downgraded room! Better yet the clerk made it clear they 'prioritize Hyatt World members,' not (sniff) 'third party bookings' (Expedia. I did not buy it used from a guy in a trenchcoat.)
