I stayed at Devú Hotel for nine nights, and it exceeded my expectations. My room was beautifully designed, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. A special thank you to Mateo, the manager, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He and the entire team made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend Devú Hotel to anyone visiting Medellín and will absolutely stay here again on my next trip.

The staff there were top tier… beautiful rooms! Very accommodating! And the breakfast was amazing, the egg omelette especially. I will be returning to The Charlee Hotel Medellín on my next visit!

The only thing that I don’t like it, is not coffee available for the customers 24/7, is stranger because Colombia is country coffee, after 3 pm you don’t get coffee a this place

The staff is excellent. The only issue was that the person who cleaned the room didn't leave drinking water as is customary, and I needed to take some medication. I took some from the refrigerator, and they charged me for it even after I explained what happened.
