The hotel is beautiful & centrally located. Silvestre, the onsite restaurant, offers a delicious complimentary breakfast. The staff is very helpful EXCEPT for the manager, Gustavo and this very condescending woman at the front desk. Gustavo is incompetent & goes against what he says he's going to do to accommodate you. I was there for 3 days & tried to us to change rooms on the 2nd day. No... If you have a car, the parking is free but you need to show an picture to the garage. They sent it you via WhatsApp but I don't really use What's App. Also, when we checked in, no one mentioned this us. The girl at the front desk was rude & condescending. The hotel is nice, the staff is great expect for Gustavo and the front desk girl.

Room furniture is very old I had an incident where I placed my bag pack on the one of the drawer next to the bed the stand broke down due to the weight and they charge me $150 dollars for damages

I loved my stay here! This was my first time in El Salvador and I was traveling alone, so I knew I wanted some place central so I could feel safe. This hotel delivered on that and much more. It's super nice inside, very fancy. I enjoyed breakfast each morning downstairs and found the staff very welcoming, kind, and attentive. My room was also great. Huge bed, nice bathroom. Do note that the hotel is located in the city square, so cars cannot enter there. If you're doing day tours with companies, they will likely tell you to walk about 100m to meet them on the corner. Other than that, lovely hotel that I would happily go back to!

The staff was very good. It is 11pm and the music from a broadcast (not live entertainment) from the courtyard is rattling the windows. It is the worst hotel experience I have had in decades!! Management should have told me before checking in that there was going to be window shaking music in the three suites (not one, three) i reserved for my family, that would last until 1pm!! I think business that charges $125 for 6 cocktails, a bottle of water and a soft drin could afford better communication. The has apologized but the only acceptable apology will be a complete refund.

Hotel is beautiful. Checking in is not convenient. You will need to park at a garage a block away then walk to hotel to check in, then walk back with staff to get your luggage. Breakfast’s service was bad, waited too long to get service, cdld coffee, waiting for food was too long. Not worth the money for the hotel!

The place it self is nice, the bad thing is the parking. They close at 11:00 PM. So I had to find another parking in the middle of the night. One of the staff members was very helpful Brandon, he point me to the right direction. Help me with my luggage. There is a lack of communication in between staff members, someone open my room around 6:00 AM while I was sleeping with my girls. I spoke with the front desk, she said they were sorry. Apparently the not all the staff was aware the that room was occupied. I told her that was a lack of communication between them, and that they were invading my privacy.
