The place it self is nice, the bad thing is the parking. They close at 11:00 PM. So I had to find another parking in the middle of the night. One of the staff members was very helpful Brandon, he point me to the right direction. Help me with my luggage. There is a lack of communication in between staff members, someone open my room around 6:00 AM while I was sleeping with my girls. I spoke with the front desk, she said they were sorry. Apparently the not all the staff was aware the that room was occupied. I told her that was a lack of communication between them, and that they were invading my privacy.

Excellent spot to stay while visiting downtown San Salvador. Everything around the hotel is vibrant and there are lots of restaurants and shops to go to. At night, everything becomes alive and with all the lights, and even more people comes to enjoy the park, cathedral, biblioteca, and national palace. Great place to be overall.

The hotel was beautiful clean comfortable if you go make sure you get a drink from Eduardo in the downstair bar his drinks were delicious good the best ones we try in El Salvador, we went up to the roof top and drink were horrible we were so disappointed the we came back down stairs and ask Eduardo to make it for us another down fall is the room was very very small my luggage in the room your bed is a step away from the door room is way way to small

The only thing is that the parking lot is not convenient. Living the bags in the car is not convenient at all. Waking from the parking space to the hotel is quite confusing. Make Sure to bring small backpack to bring your personal stuff.

Everything about this hotel was great! The location was right in front of centro historico. The welcome at the hotel by the staff was great they even sent helpers to help with the luggage from their parking garage as it is a bit of walk from the hotel. They greeted us well and accommodating. The room was great, it was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I actually got a great night of sleep. We love that we were in the center of it all. Beautiful scenery throughout the entire day. If you can get the room with the balcony then go for it you won't be disappointed. At night we headed to the rooftop for some drinks. Once again the staff was great. We truly enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be back.
