When I arrived to the hotel with my registration number they did not accept my reservation they told me that they do not have business with Orbitz.Unfortunately was late so I have to stay there for one night,so I pay in cash even though They already charged me to my credit card.The room was filthy and has big cucarachas I have to ask the front desk to switch me to another room and they did but I couldn’t rest the was a nightmare for me.

El lugar estaba cerrado, no atendían el timbre. La cama muy incomoda, hacia mucho ruido, y se notaba que no habian cambiado las sabanas, pues estaban sucias y habia cabellos. Ademas, el precio de tarifa en el hotel es de 50 usd, cuando ustedes me cobraron casi 100 usd por un hotel pesimo. Nunca mas volvere a reservar con Hotels.com
