The hotel did not have hot water on two days of my stay and did not have any water at all for one of the days during my stay. When I appoached the front desk, the female clerk gave me a blank stare and said nothing. I asked for a partial refund and she rudedly said no. I have stayed at this hotel over a dozen times and have watched it decline. Would not recommend anyone staying here in the future,

Me pareció excelente el espacio
Tuvimos una noche que no pudimos dormir bien por escándalo de una familia con niños que hasta deshoras estuvieron jugando gritando
El sofá de la sala cojines huelen muy feo como que alguien duerme ahi
No pudomos activar Internet
También por ventanas de sala por debajo se metieron algunos animales como una avispa la sacamos a terraza y se volvía a meter aun la puerta de vidrio cerrada
