The hotel was brilliant. Lovely decor, easy location to either walk or catch the bus into the centre. Our room was cleaned daily. The bar / lounge area was always busy with a really nice atmosphere. The breakfast did the job. Staff always happy and friendly. Would recommend 👌

Our stay was pleasant. Good service, easy to catch a bus in to town, good room. Had trouble with the air conditioner in our room and wasn’t fixed when we asked, but being able to open the window was good. The only negative was the food. It was average, but the bar area was pleasant to relax in.

Staff very efficient and pleasant. Room fine, thought no extras. A safe, in particular, would have been good. Coffee maker fine but would have preferred a kettle as partner drinks tea. Breakfast wasn't great. Better to have cafe option and then something later. Main problem was distance from city centre and beach. Bus service good, except for one occasion but it’s nice to return to hotel in late afternoon before hoing out again.

We loved this hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. The room was great, we enjoyed the very efficient bus service into San Sebastián. Although we didn’t get time to swim, the pool and bar looked great! We’d definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to San Sebastián.

Our stay for my wife, daughter and myself was excellent. Our room with the extra sofa was great. The snack bar supplied us with lovely coffee and food. The bus stop was just outside the hotel with a 15 minute ride into the city centre. The car park facility allowed us to leave the car at the hotel. Overall definitely no complaints and we would definitely return there. 5 star!

Great hotel, friendly staff, room for three a tad on the small size but loved the design. Easy access to the centre via the bus stop outside the door. Breakfast lovely but the hot stuff is a bit cold

We loved our stay at Leonardo Hotel San Sebastian. The location was very convenient, it is situated in a quiet residential area with easy access to public transportation, with a bus stop right in front of the building. The hotel room was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. We would gladly stay here again.

Good value for money. Surprisingly easy to get in and out of San Sebastián as there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Swimming pool area could be better but the children didn’t mind!
