Balcony was ample and view was pleasant. Area is a very nice residential area. T felt the front desk staff was argumentative and unhelpful. I was caught in a rainstorm in San Sebastián and had to walk in the pouring rain for 1 1/2 hours to get to the hotel. I could not find a taxi. I called the hotel to ask them to send a cab to my location but they said the cab companies would not allow it. No help whatsoever. Restaurant was a casual and pleasant place and San Sebastián is spectacular. The shower over runs the stall and ends up on the floor-a very poor design.

this is a clean, convenient and well-positioned hotel if you want to be away from the busy area of San Sebastián at the other end of the bay in Onderata. The beach here is less crowded and there are many tapas bars and restaurants, It is a half an hour walk to the old town in San Sebastián where you must visit for the incredible choice of the Pinxtos ((Tapas) and the bustling atmosphere. The best bits of the hotel were good choice of food at breakfast and a friendly and helfful front desk lady, Leyre, who recommended some excellent restaurants and made the booking as well as answering our many questions. Thank you Leyre.
