Good room for the night to go see Hearst Castle. Walking to dinner was easy and safe. P-lot is a little tight when full. Room was very clean and nicely done up.

We loved everything about this hotel. It is very cute, clean, peaceful, easy access to checkin and staff was great. We had a balcony that overlooked the creek. It was amazing.

Our reservation somehow was changed from a king to a queen. Management was not empathetic or nice about the situation. She had a king available and refused to accommodate. She also suggested us to find another place to stay knowing the rest of the town was booked. Also insinuated indirectly that we had a pet when we didn't. Customer service did not exist here! We come up every year for the holiday, and WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Creekside Inn. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location to walk into town where there are many lovely places to eat and drink :) highly recommend. Thank you once again.
