The hotel was in good location. It is in poor repair and run down. Dirty stained carpet in hallway. Old carpet. Dirty drapes and torn old blackout curtain in room. Very old jacuzzi tub in bathroom, old toilet - difficult to flush. Toliet kept us awake most of the night by making loud noise in the tank… we had to turn the water off to the Toliet to make it stop. We are expecting an adjustment to our bill and told manager will call us. Person at front desk could not help us at check out. Said because we used a “third party” for reservation (hotels.com). Won’t use hotels.com again either.

I went to shower and I could not turn on the water. The handle would not move in any way. So, left the hotel without a shower There was blond hair on the floor, coffee/drink splatters on the wall and "dirty" around the bathroom plug in. Very disappointed in the cleanliness. I complained at the front desk when checking out and was promised a call from the manager......which I never received.

Not inexpensive @ over $200 a night. They should disclose in the info that they do not provide daily housekeeping, I isn’t on the Expedia page and isn’t disclosed at check in. I complained about that and was told it’s written on their property map. Would be fine for a one night stay but at over $200 a night it was very disappointing. Bathrooms need major updating. The bed was nice and very large tv. WiFi was very poor. Plastic water glasses, paper coffee cups. Felt like you were still dealing with Covid.

Paid $$$ for ocean view room. There was a temporary sign that block part of our view. Asked staff to remove it and they did nothing. Disappointing that our view was not what we expected.

Time by the ocean.
We had an amazing stay. The front desk staff was fantastic. The location is perfect. We were comfortable and the room had an amazing view. Everything was super clean and it was great to have a tasting room onsite.

The location is gorgeous and accross the street from Moonstone beach. The room was a bit outdated but it adds to the charm of the location; it was very conformable and practical. I only interacted with staff upon arrival and she was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great inn, well maintained, not on the cheap side ($200 per night off-season), but great location. Future guest should pay attention to room standard/grade. Highest price is for ocean view with balcony. Great sunsets!
