Overall this is a great property simply based on its location. The ocean spray has taken its toll on the sliding door, which had rusted, the lock had long since died & as a result was difficult to open/close. Replacing the sliding door with a marine grade door would be a good plan, so that you don’t have to spend so much time servicing them when they rust - and so your customers can open them. It was only a one night stay for $300, so it was frustrating to receive a constant stream of hourly notifications starting at 6am in the morning, via e-mail & text asking me if I’m ready to leave… Aside from this, the staff were helpful & friendly and the room was nice, though slightly older.

Loud. Nice spot. But just too loud.
So. Loud. You can hear everything happening in every room if you’re in the bottom rooms. Not to mention every single morning for 3 days they woke us up with the work/repairs happening on the property - even Sunday. The staff was very nice and tried to help but the building is just not set up if you’re looking for somewhere quiet.

The location is great. The room, not so much. Via Expedia, I booked a delux ocean view room. Technically, that’s what I got. Unfortunately, the view was through a bedroom size window with many small panes from a stained cushion under the window alcove. Not exactly great viewing. The bathroom was decades old, and the shower was lukewarm at best. There are not enough parking spaces either, so I was forced to park on the street. At a cost of over $420 CAD per night I expected more. I won’t stay here again.

Beautiful views along Moonstone beach. I wish we could have had our room cleaned the 5 nights that we stayed. When you stay in a floor level unit which we did. You can hear every movement from your Nieghbour upstairs other that it was a wonderful experience.

Greeted by lovely Carmen who offered an early checkin. She was so friendly and accommodating. And Assistant GM couldn’t have been more accommodating, friendly and generously offered us to contact him for any need we may have. It set such a special note for our wonderful stay. We’ll be back.

Great stay; helpful staff: amazing view from our oceanfront room. The only drawback (and it’s small) is they couldn’t get the fireplace to work. Would have been great anbiance. Loved our stay.

The room was very spacious and elegant decorated. The fireplace in the room gave ua very cozy feeling. The access to the beautiful beach was so convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Second time staying here, this time was a quick overnight trip to attend the Christmas Market. Conveniently located to everything, great ocean views and large spacious room (suite with 2 queens for us) make it a nice place to stay! We definitely will stay here again…
