Such a charming and beautiful little inn on Moonstone Beach. We admired the cleanliness and decor of the room and loved the electric fireplace. The inn is right across the street from the ocean and also right next door to a cute little spot for dinner. My surfer boyfriend was excited to watch the waves from our window. Free parking onsite, great wifi, and kind and welcoming people.

My granddaughter and I stayed at your hotel from October 12th to 14th, and while we found the room to be clean and comfortable, I wanted to share some feedback regarding several interactions that could benefit from improvement. After a long drive, we used the hotel’s luggage cart to bring our bags to our room. Within ten minutes, we received a call requesting that we return the cart, even though no other guests were waiting to use it. The timing and tone of the call felt abrupt and unwelcoming after a tiring trip. Additionally, the coffee maker in our room did not work. When I approached the front desk to request a coffee cup, the staff member retrieved one from a nearby credenza. I mentioned that I would have gladly taken one myself had I known where they were located, but her response — “This area is employees only” — came across as unnecessarily curt. Lastly, after returning home, I realized I had left some items in the closet. When I called, the staff member confirmed that the items were found but stated, “We only keep items for three months,” in a tone that felt dismissive rather than reassuring. I let her know I would retrieve them well before that time frame, but again, the interaction lacked courtesy. Overall, while the accommodations were satisfactory, the staff’s demeanor and lack of warmth detracted from what could have been a pleasant and relaxing stay. I hope this feedback will be helpful in supporting continued service improvement. Thank you

We enjoy Sand Pebbles Inn and have stayed here multiple times. Hotel is clean, rooms are very comfortable and staff are very nice. Breakfast options are good.

This property was the nicest I’ve stayed at on Moonstone Beach. Very clean, quiet and convenient. Room was spacious with a nice fireplace. The breakfast you choose the day before is delivered to your door at your specified time and is actually a hot, delicious meal and not just the typical bagel, hard boiled egg fare that even fancier hotels call breakfast. Really pleasant surprise. I will definitely stay here again!

Our room had an ocean view. We loved watching the waves, surfers and dolphins. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is very centrally located on Moonstone Beach. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. We would love to return!
