Whilst the room was smart and pleasant, the promise of breakfast on booking did not live up to the room and public areas. The basket of solitary croissant and muffin - for two people was paltry and the coffee mediocre - no fresh milk!!! Expensive for the offering.

Yes the room was in good shape. However, there was no place to sit down or a table. There was a banquet on the side of the room, but it was the only place to put your suitcases. The light fixture between the two beds, had bare bulbs x 2 to read by. Bright and in your face. No way one could read with someone else in the other bed. The light would keep them up. Made no sense. The shower bled water onto the floor and one can see where the paint and tile have been restored multiple times. Sorry to say we won't be staying there again.

While premises were tidy and clean, the decor was In the style of IKEA and room components and fittings not well thought out. Low water pressure and unstable hot water supply made for a bit of a rough shower. The four ocean facing rooms, of which we had one, had a lovely view but the rest of the rooms featured view windows to the parking lot. We did not attempt to try the outdoor bath area due to the cool weather but it would be unusable on any day due to low height of the hedge that offered no privacy. The “featured breakfast” was limited to average pastries and coffee- along with a miniature bottle of low cost sparkling wine. On the positive side, the staff could not have been more pleasant and accommodating, while the lobby reception area was particularly welcoming. The bottom line is that it was vastly overpriced for the actual experience received. It’s quite obvious that this facility was created from combining two older seaside motels, with DIY renovation.

Hotel has a modern look, clean room and very friendly staff. Breakfast basket delivered each morning with coffee, orange juice, Brut and pastries adds more charm and comfort. watching the ocean from well decorated hotel lobby is very enjoyable. Room can be a bit bigger for 3 people, but we managed it.
