This is the former “Garden” Hotel and had been lovingly updated. The front desk staff - especially Lorenza- were exemplary! Any question asked or need requested was immediately addressed. The restaurant food and wine quality tremendous….I would absolutely recommend this property!

Hotel molto bello in posizione strategica, colazione favolosa e personale preparato pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Un’altra nota positiva è che nonostante stessero tenendo una festa nella terrazza sotto al mio balcone, questa non ha disturbato affatto il mio sonno. Bellissima esperienza. Siamo arrivati molto prima della disponibilità della camere, e volendo cambiarci per usufruire della piscina, non ci è stato possibile avere un locale per cambiarci...la piscina era poso attrezzata e mi sono pulita le sedie da sola.....sedie e tavoli ancora accatastati che in tardo pomeriggio sono stati puliti e messi a disposizione, quando oramai le persone erano poche....visto che l'hotel era al completo, poteva essere fatto prima........ Non siamo riusciti a dormire bene a causa dei materassi, e cuscini non confortevoli...la struttura, visto le 4 stelle, potrebbe essere più curata. Accesso al mare, prima ci è stato detto che ombrellone e sdraio avevano un supplemento, ma non ci è stato detto che non esisteva più il lido.....ci è arrivata una mail il giorno seguente che si sconsigliava l'accesso alla spiaggia. Ottima la colazione, varia e con tanta scelta tra dolce e salato.

La struttura è bellissima e di recente ristrutturazione, affacciata sul mare. Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato parecchi problemi che hanno reso sgradevole il soggiorno: era una giornata di ottobre molto calda perciò appena arrivate abbiamo aperto la finestra e li la prima sgradevole sorpresa il terrazzino era pieno di cimici... di cui uno era entrato in stanza. Con non poca fatica lo abbiamo buttato fuori e chiuso la finestra immediatamente. Perciò abbiamo optato per accendere l’aria condizionata che peró risultava spenta. Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla reception che ci ha detto che essendo centralizzata era spenta in tutto l’hotel. Le abbiamo spiegato il nostro problema di non poter aprire la finestra a causa delle cimici che sarebbero entrate dentro la stanza, ma lei ci ha liquidate dicendoci che purtroppo il tempo era strano per essere ottobre ed ha chiuso li la conversazione. Durante la notte abbiamo trovato sul letto una cimice, abbiamo chiamato perciò la reception che come soluzione ci ha portato un veleno per insetti... ma non abbiamo potuto usarlo perché non potendo aprire l finestra ci avrebbe intossicato. Inutile dire che abbiamo dormito malissimo con una stanza che era rovente e con la paura delle cimici. Al check-out abbiamo evidenziato il nostro disappunto ma non ci sono state fatte nemmeno le scuse.. una vera delusione! Anche perché l’hotel è molto bello e la colazione davvero fantastica.

Hotel muito novo e próximo a praia. Estávamos em 3 mais um bebê e nos colocaram em uma quarto com acessibilidade e o chuveiro não tinha box, então molhou muito. O café da manhã não é excepcional, mas bom. Recomendo
