Needs more SMILES and diversity of the breakfast. WiFi was not working well.

The property was conveniently located a few blocks from the Kaohsiung train station, making arrival via TRA and departure to the airport via MRT very easy. The bed was comfortable, with a firm bed that helped after long days of sightseeing. This was not my first time at a Kindness hotel, and I booked it based on prior experience. I really like the snacks and drinks available at all times, as well as the daily breakfast. The one thing I found a challenge was the laundry facilities. While it was nice that it was complimentary, it took much longer than expected to dry my clothes in the dryer (over 2 hours). All in all, a very pleasant stay. I would go there again when in Kaohsiung another time.
