I read all the reviews online and I can pretty much honestly say they were ALL correct, both the good and bad reviews. We had pretty much every issue mentioned that I read at check-in. Had to go down to front desk to get keys 3 times because they would not work, which was a big issue because the kid that originally checked us in said they were completely booked and had no other rooms available, so we had to get that door to open, but then another guy came out of nowhere to fix the problem. The door would not open for him either, so he nonchalantly said, "No problem we'll just put you in the room next door." He went, got key cards, came back, opened the door and said, "Have a good night." Both gentlemen were extremely pleasant but almost seemed like good cop bad cop routine. They did fix the issue though and all was well. The parking is a bit of an issue too as they have overflow parking behind the building where it is kind of dark and creepy. I was told to park here even though the regular parking area was almost completely empty at the time, which seemed suspicious to me. Overall, not a bad place to stay if you are an alert person that watches your surroundings and pays attention and if you are only staying for a couple days. I would never let my wife and girls stay here alone. Quite a few shady people and beggars around the building most the time. Gym is storage room for hotel and not usable.

Ideal location to sleep after a long day at Cedar Point. We missed breakfast as we were way to tired to get up. Front desk staff was nice even at midnight. Would stay again for the price.

Great value for Cedar Proximity.

It was a very reasonable rate for being within a 20min drive of Cedar point. The breakfast and morning service was great. This is a hotel that we will be using again for future Cedar pint trips.

Don't let the looks fool you. The staff were absolutely wonderful and the location for the price is truly unbeatable. The cleanliness isn't the best but with some disinfecting wipes it was fine. The beds were comfy, breakfast was delicious and they even told us they'd refund us the second night because we ended up leaving a night early. They didn't do it but the offer was super awesome even if we got let down they didn't follow thru. We would stay again

We've stayed here a few times during cedar point trips. Rooms are good and staff is friendly. Breakfast is a great option too :)

Didn't enjoy it. Bed was comfy but the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the place wasn't up to par. Nice staff. But there were pubes in the bathtub when I went to shower and the towels weren't clean and some were still wet so I ended up not showering. The breakfast in the morning tasted well.

Disgusting and not in the best neighborhood

We didn't end up staying because the room was disgusting and it had piles of dirty blankets and sheets on the chair in the room and all of the pillows were in one big pile without pillow cases and the lampshade was not coming and I have pictures of everything as proof
