He called us to find out what time we were checking in and said he’d only be in the office and to call when we arrived. When we arrived we called but he was there and the door was unlocked. It was a little weird. Then when we arrived they had a ring camera on the counter that was on the whole time pointing at me and some guy was talking in indian to the worker the whole time. They also didn’t have breakfast “due to seasonal” this was the reason be booked here in the first place. We were the only guests for the entire place.

We have stayed here a few times and haven’t had any complaints. We have arrived early on some stays and were let in the room early. It’s super close to cedar point and there’s a cool restaurant/bar/game complex across the street.

Mattress was so bad. Not comfortable at all. No slippers, No blanket, No water bottles in the room. Breakfast was so poor. Online Photos completely different in reality. Staff is friendly

Staff was great and very kind and helpful, but the room itself did not have good upkeep. Not very clean or comfortable to stay. This is a great place if you want a cheap and close place near cedar point but not if your looking for more than 1 night.

Hotel is quite dated but has had some partial renovations. My room was sticky so I got some cleaning supplies from dollar tree. Scrubbed down the shower and all the countertops. The floor was gross so I wore shoes around the room. The bed didn’t show any signs of bugs in or underneath and that was my biggest fear. It was comfortable and I slept fine. My neighbors could be heard quite clearly, so I guess the walls are very thin. The door was kinda sketchy and didn’t always feel the most secure. I didn’t feel nervous persay, but I definitely did feel like someone might try to break into vehicles or rooms on this property. Overall, I would stay here again, just bring my supplies and be prepared. The price was definitely great at $200 for 3 nights. I think the hotel is family owned (maybe). All the staff I interacted with were very kind and helpful. It’s really close to cedar point so obviously that’s the draw to stay here. It’s just not worth a high nightly rate.
