The water park was smaller than expected. The games and food were expensive. We had an issue with the check in person that was escalated to two managers and were never offered a free game or piece of pizza, it was like they didnt care. I dont think we will return.

The family suite upgrade was worth the money, however the mattress and pillows were horrible. Flat, small and not enough of them. The room was clean, some missing paint in some areas, but to be expected in a family style room. More seating in the suite would make sense instead of a table with two chairs. Front desk service was very slow, check in was 10-15 minutes. However lots to do for the kids with the shows, games and of course the waterpark. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Few things missing but a nice stay!

I went to join an outing with my son’s team and it’s a large and sprawling property. I was disappointed the hot tub and outer pool were shut down and Quaker Steak was replaced by a BBQ place. Beyond that, what I expected and happy :)

We take our g children to castaway bay twice a year and have a good time , however this time was disappointed because as middle aged adults all we enjoy is the hot tub and it was empty and broke. I wish we would have been notified of this and would not have stayed . The staff is absolutely wonderful!

Worn down hotel

So disappointed in this Hotel. Beds are old and worn out but not only that when we arrived we tried to take a shower and the shower was dirty and clogged. They had to call a plumber didn’t offer to move us rooms. After several hours of waiting I called back down asked to be moved to another room and was told that they would move us and provide us with a credit. Never received the credit.
