Breakfast buffet was a continental breakfast buffet offered at most hotels for free. Nothing special and low quality. Recommend going to actual restaurant. Overpriced all around. Arcade dont even bother you wont win anything. Huge waste of money. Waterpark was great but very small. Only one big attraction and wave pool. Hot tub was great and huge! Waterpark food overpriced low quality. Rooms are adorable but cold in the winter. Whole place smells like a nursing home. Was nice to try but dont think we will be back.

It finally fell short of my expectations
Castaway is our place, has been for years. However, too much of a good thing comes to an end, and this was our time. The water in our room was lukewarm at best and the hot tub was down all weekend. The pizza was still bangin’ but the Starbucks was subpar and the desserts tasted old, and for the price per piece, it should be stellar. Quaker State was meh.. I had to send my salad back because the lettuce tasted unwashed.

We had a great visit. No complaints. The room was clean and there was plenty to do! The only thing i would recommend is having coffee options in the room. They have a starbucks on site but the line was always quite lengthy.

Very good! The water parque is beautiful, it is perfect for children 1 to 10 years old, is very diferente water park and very good to the price. I highly recommend this place!

There was a vape in our bathroom and in the safe we got locked out of our room because the key didn’t work and we had to get help 3x before they just sent maintenance up and then never got an actual working key the waterpark has a ton of rules which is fine but I wish I would have known I couldn’t bring a life jacket

The staff was friendly. The property was well maintained. We had an enjoyable time. The Quaker Steak restaurant made it convenient to grab dinner as it was attached to Castaway Bay. A couple of the slides were closed as they reported they were low in staff.
