I brought my niece (age 11), and nephews (ages 8 &10) for an overnight stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the gift shop had a decent amount to offer, and the beds were comfortable. We were disappointed to learn that the pool was only 3'6 at the deepest point.

Damp rooms and outdoor area overrun by seagulls

Everything in the room felt very damp, was very uncomfortable sleeping in what felt like wet sheets and pillows. We were in multiple room during our stay and every room felt wet. Hotel was relatively clean and kids liked the outdoor pool. However, the outdoor area has been taken over by seagulls and there was aparently fish bones they leave behind in the pool and splash park area. Was told splash park area was closed because somebody had gotten cut from the small sharp bones.

The pool was big but was only 31/2 feet deep. Seagulls were every where and were very loud. Reminds you of the Alfred Hitchcock movie “The Birds”. I did like close location to Sports Force Park and Cedar Point Amusement park.

The property was nice and super convenient. Staff was friendly. Being able to get actual coffee and snacks at 6 or 7 am would be great…I drink more than that mini coffee maker makes, had to go to McDonald’s . Almost got hit twice in the parking lot, need stop signs at the intersections…people just blew through them without looking.

Great service, comfortable room. The only negative was 12-14 year old kids running up and down the halls screaming from 10 pm until midnight...the supposed "quiet hours". Otherwise really likes the stay.

I CHOSE THIS HOTEL CONDUCIVE TO IT'S LOCATION-CLOSE TO CEDAR POINT. IT WAS NICE.FOR THERE BEING A LOT OF KIDS YOU WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN GIVEN THE QUALITY OF THE HOTELS STRUCTURE. I WAS NEVER AOKEN BY HALLWAY NOISE LIKE OTHER HOTELS. BONUS IS THAT THE OUTDOOR POOL IS OPEN UNTIL 11PM!!!
