Good enough for one night

Convenient location to CP and added benefit of getting in an hour early. Hotel itself is clean, but no frills. No breakfast is included, although there is a McDonalds within walking distance. Bring a large binder clip to help keep curtains drawn, as parking lot lights are very bright. We paid $140 with taxes and fees for a Wednesday night. Don't know that I would pay much more than that for what you get.

This is a good option for families on a budget going to Cedar Point for sure. It was extremely close to the park, you make one left turn and just drive 5 min down the road straight to the gates. Also the early access was awesome. Some things that I believe would have made our stay better would have been the cleanliness. The halls, though I know they were doing their best, smelled like a dirty diaper, and our room wasn't even made up the second day we stayed there. When we arrived there was some trash scattered around the bottom floor hallways. It seems they are most likely understaffed, so I don't blame the employees at all. They were are very nice and professional. It was nice that there was laundry facilities there and the pool was also nice. Breakfast would've been ideal but I realize this is a more cost effective hotel and it wasnt a deal breaker. Overall, we had a great time at the park and it felt like a safe and convenient place to sleep. I think its a great option for families.
