The picture is NOT AT ALL where you are going how it looks all of it it incorrect it is more like a motel 6 the guy at the front desk was super sweet and helpful I loved him and his tan leather hat he was awesome it is a decent cheap place but don’t be sucked in by the pretty pictures

There were bugs and (what looked like) tobacco pouches in the hot tub and pool. The shower drain was clogged, and there was 4 inches of water pooled up by the time I got out of my 5 minute shower.

The wash clothes on the room where wet. Pillows smelt like guy. The room was like it was not cleaned from previous person. Dirt in the sink. Couldn’t find anyone to report it all to that night. Bar of soap still in the shower from previous person. It just was horrible and gross.

Staff was rude, I hadn’t checked and wanted to change my reservation for 1 night and he said policy is I have to pay for 2 night. I showed him the policy and it didn’t says that . No towels no toilet paper, room smelled bad . Outside doors didn’t lock anyone can come in .

Was a very odd hotel. The people that run it live in the hotel. There were still dirty towels on our room upon arrival. Hotel was dirty and the outside doors were always open because they had duck tape on the latches so they never locked . That’s not safe! They had no cleaning staff. We had to bring our dirty stuff down when we left. Our toilet didn’t work and still didn’t move us. Just a very strange experience!!

This was on no part of Expedia. The hotel from what pictures they have provided are false. This hotel is absolutely disgusting, the owner refused to give a refund for cleaning the toilet in our room, along with dried toothpaste in the sink. While I do know people can locally rent out rooms like an apartment, it almost seemed like we got someones permanent (for the time being) room because of the things that were “visibly” dirty. Just called it a “wash” with already having the room paid. Went and reserved a room same day at the Best Western in Norwalk, very nice there!!
