Room cleanliness especially the bathroom (shower), food for breakfast as cold (sausage). Kids running in the hallway at 1am. People smoking in rooms. Front desk didn't assist when called - kids continued to tell and run until 2:40am.

No internet, called 3 times because our 3 channels that we were given to use didnt work and they continued to not work. Morgan at the front desk was way more than helpful but she was on her own the whole time in the front desk on a Saturday night! Wr had to switch rooms 3 times. They have got to get it together there!

The hotel smelled like mildew. The bottom of the pool look like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I was not suppose to get charged an incidental, test my card was charged upon check in. The staf, for the most part was very kind and accommodating for what they had. There is o it 25 channels. All local, nothing to watch. It was not great. Their pluming was bad. The sink took a long time to drain. It smells like dry piped coming from the toilet. It was really not good.

When entering the hotel to register - the aroma was awesome. The customer service was great. The room was clean - very homey look and feel. I will remember Comfort Inn for our next Billiard Event travels.

Upon entering the hotel your nose will be filled with a pleasant clean aroma that lingers throughout the hotel. Everything in the lobby was clean & the workers were courteous. Check in was a breeze & several items are available for purchase at the front desk ranging from snacks, alcohol, or a forgotten necessity. We stayed for two nights & the stay was okay. The rooms need new plugs as anytime you try to plug anything in, the plug simply hangs and isn’t properly connected. The only plug we could get to work was the GFI in the bathroom. Our refrigerator had someone else’s food in it upon arriving to the room. There was a lot of noise from the hallway / neighboring rooms that made it a little hard to sleep. Mattresses were not the most comfortable and were very stained as well as several linens on both beds. Breakfast was not well stocked and had limited availability on beverages. The pool and hot tub were nice & seemingly well kept.
