Terrible from the start, bad service at check in. Floor it the room turned feet black and sticky in both rooms, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom with leaking sink. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Will NEVER go back!

Nice stay

Check in very easy, woman at front desk was very friendly and personable. Hotel was clean and comfortable, spacious king room with a lot of mirrors (lol). Breakfast was okay, with decent options. Pool indoors very clean but also very busy, same with the outdoor pool but less busy. Overall a great comfortable stay!

The hotel is conveniently located, and is always clean. The downside is the staff hardly even speaks. The terrible smell of marijuana in the halls, and the LOUD, RUDE, AND DISRESPECTFUL other guests. They were running up, and down the hall, and slamming doors, and cursing, and laughing fron 12:30 at night until 3 o'clock when i left! It literally sounded like a party in the hallway! NOT a good experience!

Double booked by hotel and sent to a nasty one.

Booked through hotels.com when I arrived they told me that they overbooked and my family and I had to go to another hotel. Went to the other hotel and it was terrible. I was upset at the time but did not want to argue with anyone about a refund. After the trip, I called and was always told that the manager was not available. Hotels.com did get me a partial refund but then choice privileges took all of my points that I had and said that it was hotels.com fault that i was overbooked. So my family ended up with a terrible hotel, 30 dollar refund and no points. Very dissapointed.

Look Elsewhere!

Definitely not what I am used to for a comfort inn. First off walking in it smelled like a very bad gas leak! Never received member perks pkg. when we walked in room it was unbearable with very moldy/musty smell! The air was on and cool, however all bedding and air was damp! The hair dryer was hung on wall so crooked! Went to breakfast and it was terrible! Not much to choose from and gave me indigestion! Will not book there ever again! Especially for the price!
