Management had an issue with house keeping which caused house keeping to do a work slow down. People arrived for the stay at 5 pm and were told there were no clean rooms. I arrived at 7 and they had to shuffle around rooms and the room they were givIng me was done and just needed a blanket. The desk manager looked at a staff memeber and told her she had an extra blanket on the cart and put it in the room she just assigned me. Five minutes later she came back and said it was done. When we got into the room, the beds were sloppily made and there was food leftover in fridge. Under the soap holder in the bath, there was a layer of soap scum and what appeared to be the start of mold. We had a long day just checked in and knew it wasnt worth arguing. Next day couple had same experience. Room not ready and the one given was dirty with towels on floor. Were given another room that was lIke ours... not clean. Due to third party booking there was nothing the hotel would,/"could" do. They need an audit of the staff. Main manager left there to do an 11-7 at another property and didn't resolve the issues at the first. Continental breakfast was worse than most. No butter for toast or waffles. Was supposed to be till 10, staff pulled everything at 930. To boot coffee in lobby was cold...definate do not stay. Some of this sounds bitter, but when its adveetised and you pay for a clean room and breakfast til 10 at the least it should be provided

It was very nice... the only thing that was not great was there was no hand railings in the toilets... the lack of them made it difficult to use it.. otherwise everything was perfect

We had two rooms for two nights. Hotel is suffering from lack of employees so we were told. The rooms were for the most part clean definitely could have been cleaner. Front counter staff was nice and informative. Breakfast area was super busy and the employees working it were doing a good job. However, with the limited seating due to how busy it was there were two employees ( later saw them performing housekeeping duties is how I’m determining this) sitting at separate tables talking on their phones loudly on speaker while people didn’t have a place to sit to eat breakfast. Very inconsiderate and rude in my book but they didn’t seem to mind doing it. Overall I thought the property was decent. I’ll unlikely stay there again when coming back to town.

We stayed at this hotel a couple years ago and were very impressedBreakfasts were good. It doesn’t bother me that the rooms aren’t cleaned everyday (they do every third day) but clean towels every day would be nice. Also, the entire room only had one small trash can, and that needed to be emptied before day 3. My fitted sheet was too small for the mattress and kept coming off. We couldn’t use the freezer section of our fridge because it had a buildup of frost plus something spilled in it that wasn’t cleaned. A few staff members were kind and professional, but a few of them were very unprofessional.

Horrible experience.

The place was a dump. Duct tape holding the toilet tank cover together. The grout around the tub was full of mold. Light bulbs that didnt work..just a complete dump. Did not stay the last night showed the manager and she would've reimbursed us, but because we booked with 3rd party could not.

The first room we were given had bugs all over the bed. The bed cover had blood stains. The toilet had not been cleaned and wouldn’t flush properly. The second room was ok. We had to find a housekeeper to get to towels for the second morning . I guess no housekeeping the second day? Breakfast was good. The lady was very friendly. Lady at front desk was friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t stay there again.

We left the establishment shortly after we checked in. Extremely disappointed. Check-in was to be at 3 pm. We arrived ~ 430 pm. AFTER we checked in, we were told our room wasn’t ready. Housekeeping was apparently behind because 2nd shift did not come in. We were asked to wait about 15 min. While waiting, we noticed the corner of the lobby and bugs (mostly dead) in the corner to the left of the entrance. Once in our room, there were several issues - 1. Stained pillowcase 2. hair on the bed sheets 3. peeling paint 4. The lamp shade was cracked and stained with a possible hand print and marker and/or blood 5. the tub had mold and mildew along with water stains. 6. The door for the bathroom is cracked, chipped and beaten up 7. At two separate times, the smell of pot drifted through our room. We could not figure out where that was coming from but it seemed to be within the building. 8. We checked out and left the same day but the facility never checked us out. We continued to receive texts asking how our stay was going and then received directions to check out on what was supposed to be our regular day to check out.
