The room that we initially checked in was in poor condition. The bathroom was very dirty and there were a lot of dead flies lying everywhere. The receptionist eventually changed our room to a slightly better cleaned room.

Very nice and clean host tone with an indoor pool and very convenient location to get on to the different ferry systems that will take you out to the Lake Erie Islands. There is a fast car charging station right across the street from this hotel. It's on the EV Connect network.

Over priced for the condition

Staff at front counter was rude and not helpful. For the price I expected the hotel to be in better shape, carpet was wore and stained, thete were dirty towels in our room. There was a situation with a female guest it was loud and police were called. She was yelling etc in the middle of the night, this went on for over an hr before the police removed her.

Our room was clean. Hotel itself needs up graded. For the money it was worth it. Conveniently located. trains near bye runs all night probably once and hour but seemed closer than that. And you differently can hear it. Staff was friendly and no issues with our room.

The room was very nice. Over all the room was clean except the air conditioner. It was highly dirty. There was no towels in our room. The staff was very helpful. I am still waiting for my receipt from our stay. Was told it will be emailed because the hotel couldn't give me one because we booked through a third party and not with the hotel it's self.

The safe by the bathroom was obviously moldy. The bathroom did not vent well. The bathroom had mildew all over and was just disgusting! The front desk attendant was wearing a hoody that was frankly scary! Very disappointed I booked this place

Decent place in Cedar point

Stayed three nights. Quiet and comfortable. Only issues were staff not overly friendly. Bathroom floor dirty. Garbage overflowing at back entrance near parking lot.

Deceiving

It was a misconception due to the web site and the actual place. In the pictures the bathroom was bigger, there was no sink in the restroom I booked for 3 and was only given accommodation for 2. I had to ask for extra blankets and toiletries for the 3rd person. On the website it looked modern but when we got there it was not. None of the ice machines worked. I had to go to the gas station to get ice. The workers were nice and friendly. I possibly would never stay there again. I feel I should be compensated for the discretions.
